File ▸ Export ▸ Project FlatPack… writes a zip + manifest; File ▸ Open unpacks into a new folder. D133.

Part of epic #232. Done when (AGENTS.md): command(s) with schemas and undo where it edits; tests; spec/format page and tutorial touched where users see it; demo extended where it shows; cargo xtask ci green.
