Rogier Colijn 847678b3e8 Tab pauses placement to edit the held object 
Tab while the Part, label, power, port or note tool holds its object gives
the keyboard to its field in Properties (text selected); Enter resumes
placing. Actions with disjoint tool scopes may share a key (D169).
